Join us for an integrated workshop that seamlessly blends Comfort Measures for labor with essential Newborn Care practices.

In the morning session, we delve into effective labor techniques, hands on assists for comfort measures with partners, and what to expect empowering you with practical skills and confidence for childbirth.

After a refreshing lunch break, the afternoon session delves into crucial aspects of newborn care, including:

• Important newborn procedures

• Baby-wearing techniques

• Guidelines for safe sleep practices

• Informative postpartum discussions

• Strategies for soothing and ensuring your baby's comfort
   

My aim is to equip you and your partner with invaluable knowledge to embark on your journey with your new baby.

Classes typically run from 9 am to 2 pm at a private space in Longmont, CO. The cost is $325 per couple with a $50 deposit.

 

BONUS: All participants will receive a digital login for a bonus breastfeeding class.
