Birth
-Prenatal Support:

Two in-person prenatal visits prior to childbirth to discuss any concerns, provide education, offer extended resources, practice comfort measures for labor, and build your personalized labor support plan and birth preferences. These appointments usually last 1-2 hours each and can be held in the comfort of your own home.

Availability to you and your partner by phone, text, and email throughout your entire pregnancy for any questions, concerns, or emotional support.

Evidence-based education for you/your partner on pregnancy, labor, and all things newborn.
-Labor and Birth Support:

24×7 on-call labor support starting at 38 weeks gestation until the baby is born. This means I am always reachable and ready to assist you in this time period.

Providing continuous physical and emotional support during labor and childbirth.

Offering comfort measures such as massage, breathing techniques, and positioning to help manage pain and promote progress in labor.

Advocating for the birthing person's preferences and helping them communicate effectively with medical staff.

Photography during labor and birth included with every package at no extra charge. Though I am not a professional, I do take plenty of photos and video (if provider allowed) upon request.

Written birth notes of your birth to help document profound moments in your labor and delivery to keep for your memories.
-Postpartum Support:

Postpartum support including one in-home visit and continued virtual support 30 days after birth. The in-home visit usually consists of 1-3 hours where we process your birth story, answer any questions/concerns, and help with general home chores to alleviate any extra stress.

Extra postpartum in-home hours can be added as an additional service upon negotiation.

Postpartum

Offering emotional support, knowledge, and a safe place to address any concerns you may have as a new parent or with your changing body. This can also be just holding space and listening.
- General home care

Consisting of light cleaning, laundry, ect.
- Lactation support

Where we can troubleshoot any road bumps that might have risen during the breastfeeding experience.
-Newborn care

Alleviates you as a new parent so you can rest or achieve any needed task while I fulfill a nanny-like position to your little one.

Can be negotiated upon discussing your needs for a postpartum doula with a 3 hour minimum commitment.
