As I look back on the past year, my heart is filled with gratitude for the incredible journey I've had as a doula. The privilege of supporting and witnessing the strength of 26 amazing mothers during their childbirth experiences has been nothing short of awe-inspiring.
A Year of Connection and Support: In 2023, I had the privilege of crossing paths with remarkable families, creating bonds that extended beyond the birthing room. The trust and connection formed with my clients are the foundation of my work, and I am continually humbled by the opportunity to be a part of such intimate and transformative moments in their lives.
Expanding Horizons: One of the highlights of my doula journey in 2023 was achieving certification as a birth educator through Birth Boot Camp. This milestone not only deepened my knowledge but also inspired me to revamp my website. The goal was to create a more accessible and informative space for expectant parents seeking guidance and support.
Diverse Offerings for Expectant Parents: With the expansion of my knowledge and skills, I diversified my offerings to cater to a broader audience. In addition to traditional in-person classes, I introduced virtual classes to ensure accessibility for all. The classes cover a range of topics, providing expectant parents with a comprehensive and supportive educational experience as they prepare for the arrival of their little ones.
Looking Forward to 2024: As I step into 2024, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for the opportunities and experiences that lie ahead. My passion as a birth worker has only deepened, and I am committed to continuing my journey of supporting and empowering expectant families throughout the childbirth process.
